WHAT IF IT RAINS?

All concerts are held rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted and must be checked at our item check service. Guests are encouraged to wear rain apparel and ponchos are available for purchase for $3. JD Legends Complex reserves the right to interrupt or delay any performance. Should we need to evacuate the facility for severe weather, updates will be posted to our social media sites. For the safety of our guests, artists and team members, please note in the event of threatening weather (lightning, hail, high winds or very hard rain) we will evacuate the facility. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during any evacuation.

HOW DO I GET TO JD Legends Complex?

South: From Cincinnati: Take I-75 North then take exit 38 then make left on 73. Go one mile then turn left on Millard. JD Legends is on the right.

East: From Dayton: Take I-75 South then take exit 38 then make a right on 73. Go one mile then turn left on Millard. JD Legends is on the right.

HOW DOES JD Legends Complex ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL NEEDS?

Facilities at JD Legends Complex are wheelchair-accessible, with wheelchair seating available immediately in to the right of Front entrance to patio. We offer a drop-off area in Front of JD Legends. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have special needs, please let the ticket office team member know when you purchase your tickets. For other accessibility issues, call (937) 746-4950 no less than seven days in advance of your visit.

CAN I BRING MY LAWN CHAIR TO SIT ON THE LAWN?

Lawn chairs, beach chairs and stadium seats are only permitted on shows that have less than 1000 people in attendance. Please visit our Facebook page on the day of show to see if chairs will be permitted. Any chair with exposed metal, wood or plastic is not permitted.

WHAT DOES “GENERAL ADMISSION” MEAN?

Several concerts each summer are sold as General Admission, meaning all seating is unreserved standing. Some concerts lawn chairs are permitted

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

Professional Camera’s are not permitted. We ask all guests to be courteous of other concert goers and refrain from blocking the views of others with your devices. At no time are laser pointers allowed. JD Legends Complex has the right to make the determination on all cameras on behalf of the artists and film or tape is subject to confiscation and becomes the property of the artist.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO JD Legends Complex?

You may bring blankets, binoculars, and food and beverages purchased at Eli’s Restaurant inside JD Legends. Drinks including bottled water is not permitted. Due to Ohio State Law and local ordinances, patrons may only drink those alcoholic beverages served at JD Legends. JD Legends Complex reserves the right to refuse service to those guests who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. You must be 21 years of age with proper identification to purchase alcohol. No other beverages or outside food, except those purchased at Eli’s inside JD Legends or JD Legends are allowed in the Complex.

WHAT IS PROHIBITED AT JD Legends Complex?

For the safety and security of all guests, the following items are NOT permitted:Bag/purse size is limited to 12″x12″x6″. Any bag/purse in excess of 12″x12″x6″ must be returned to vehicle and will not be item checked.Back Packs Alcoholic Beverages Animals (except for service animals) Cans Bottles Personal beverage containers Coolers Professional Video cameras Professional Recording devices Signs & Posters

Any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate Prohibited items subject to venue discretion and may vary for festivals and other select events. All carry-in items including appropriate sized bags/purses are subject to search. Be aware that added security measures may slow down entry so please allow sufficient time prior to your arrival.

I HAVE A VALID OHIO CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSE, MAY I TAKE MY HANDGUN INTO THE JD Legends Complex?

No. Under Ohio law, the JD Legends Complex is classified as a government building, and pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 2923.1212, no firearms are permitted to be taken into the JD Legends Complex.

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes. If you believe you left or lost an item at a JD Legends Complex event, you may contact us at (937) 746-4950. JD Legends Complex is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CAN I STAND DURING A CONCERT?
Standing during a concert may be acceptable behavior. Many performers instruct JD Legends Complex operation managers not to ask anyone to sit down during their performance. Each situation is handled on an individual basis. JD Legends Complex reserves the right to ask disruptive guests and those refusing to respect our rules to leave without a refund.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET TO JD Legends Complex?

Allow ample time to park, walk to venue and for security screening. The indoor dining areas open 2 hours before the show stars. Doors open 1 hours before the show starts, but is subject to change.

AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE Complex AND RE-ENTER LATER?

There is no re-entry to JD Legends Complex during ticketed performances.

DOES JD Legends HAVE AN ATM MACHINE ON SITE?

Yes! For your convenience, an ATM is available adjacent to the Ticket Office at all JD Legends Complex events.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS IN WILL CALL?

Will call tickets are available for pick up AFTER 1:00 PM on the day of the event at the JD Legends Complex ticket office. The person purchasing the tickets must be present and show picture I.D., the credit card used for making the purchase and the confirmation number.

DOES JD Legends Complex HAVE A DISRUPTIVE GUEST POLICY?

As a courtesy to other guests, JD Legends Complex reserves the right to ask disruptive guests and those refusing to respect our rules to leave without a refund.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR AN OUTDOOR CONCERT?

Informal attire is entirely appropriate and you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as temperatures cool later in the evening. Comfortable footwear is a good idea for the walk to and from the parking area.
